ESSAR Group, an Indian multinational conglomerate company, and Saudi-based photovoltaic company Deser Technologies announced their collaboration. The efforts are aimed at constructing a $4.5 billion Green Steel facility in Saudi Arabia. The megaproject is believed to begin production by 2027.
